- Inserting Columns in a Data Sheet

- Step 1
- Select one or more consecutive columns in a data window to indicate where you want to insert new columns.

- Step 2
- Choose Insert (Cmd-I) from the Data menu.

- One or more empty columns appear in the selected area (the number of columns depends on how many you selected in step 1).

- The columns you selected in step 1 and all columns to the right of this selection are shifted over to accommodate the new columns.
